We will endeavour to ship products to the customer, as rapidly as possible, and by the most economic means. We can not guarantee delivery dates but will try to keep customers informed of anticipated arrival, by confirming product shipment and sending an email to the customer if we know there will be a delay.
Orders will be dispatched in 1 - 2 working days
Where available and requested shipping tracking numbers will be sent to the customer.
Certain items, and certain categories of goods are manufactured at time of ordering and therefore have a variable but substantial lead time.
In order that we can keep our Postage & Packing rates to a minimum, we use a variety of National in International couriers. Postage and Packaging costs are dependent on the estimated weight of the order and full details are shown prior to payment.
The estimated weight for each item is shown on the product preview pages. Estimated weights may not accurately reflect true product weight, but are a guide for the company to assist in estimating postage costs and may include additional packaging, For this reason, true postal rates may not be identical to those detailed with in your order payment
An item is only eligible for return if it is the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential that you check your goods upon receipt to ensure they match the items that were ordered, as we are unable to accept returns after a period of 7 working days has elapsed. For hosiery, due to health & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or provide a refund if the item has been tried on or worn.
Refunded value shall include the full cost paid on ordering including P&P, except for partial returns where a % payment for P&P shall be made in line with the costs that woudl have been required to ship the retained portion of the order.
Costs of P&P for returning goods shall be met by the purchaser and will not be reinbused.
If a genuine mistake has been made in the dispatch of your goods and they are returned in the original packaging unworn / unused; we will exchange your item or send a refund to you. In this case, the refund value shall include the cost of postage required to return the goods to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for items purchased through the PayPal payment facility will be made via this route.
If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 28 days unless otherwise stated. Again, the refund value shall include the cost of postage required to return the goods to us.
If a Product needs to be returned and is not faulty then it must be returned within 7 days. The refund value shall include the full cost of the goods including postage, but not the cost or retunring the goods to us, which remains at the customers expense.
If the faulty item has been tried on or worn, it must be laundered before returning
We are unable to refund or replace until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
In case of non-delivery
Where the courier or postal delivery service is unable to make delivery, for any reason what-so-ever, and the goods are returned to us by the delivery company, a full refund for the value of the goods will be issued, miuns the postal charges.
If the customer requests a repeat delivery, the items will need to be re-ordered and the full postage fee paid once again.
